No concern for immigration laws

Obama's Labor Secretary apparently has little regard for the law:
President Obama's Labor Secretary Hilda Solis is supposed to represent American workers. What you need to know is that this longtime open-borders sympathizer has always had a rather radical definition of "American." At a Latino voter registration project conference in Los Angeles many years ago, Solis asserted to thunderous applause: "We are all Americans, whether you are legalized or not."

That's right. The woman in charge of enforcing our employment laws doesn't give a hoot about our immigration laws -- or about the fundamental distinction between those who followed the rules in pursuit of the American dream and those who didn't (Michelle Malkin).
This might be dismissed as an anomaly except that 1) the Obama administration just appointed a head of the Immigration and Customs Service who is a supporter of sanctuary cities--i.e. cities that openly rebel against federal immigration laws. 2) a Democrat Congressman admitted publicly that he didn't follow the Constitution and 3) the Obama administration regularly seems to overstep its Constitutional authority.

We see this not only in the takeover of banks, GM, and healthcare, but, Congress has just passed "sweeping financial overhaul" which would give the government "broad new powers to seize and wind down large, failing financial firms." Where does the Constitution give the federal government power to seize any private companies?

I'm not sure most American's really understand how serious it is when your government no longer feels constrained by the Constitution or the rule of law. Hundreds of thousands of Americans should be protesting in the streets over this.

Yet we sit idly by as sheep led to the slaughter. If we do not kick these lawless bums out in the next couple of elections, I fear for the future of America.
