Biden: New ideas from the stimulus

According to CNSNews,
Heading up a Middle Class Task Force roundtable discussion on Wednesday, Vice President Joe Biden said that one of the benefits of the $787 billion stimulus package signed into law in February is that it has generated new ideas for dealing with economic problems, including unemployment.
I would imagine that people who have frivolously spent so much money on things they couldn't afford and are now over their head in credit card debt have learned some lessons on economic problems too--i.e. stop spending so much money!

Unfortunately, whatever ideas Joe Biden is talking about, the idea of not spending so much money is probably not one of them.
