On the oil spill: "I am frightened for the country"

From the Associated Press:
“I am frightened for the country, for the environment,” David Kennedy, assistant chief of the National Ocean Service at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, told The Associated Press. “This is a very, very big thing, and the efforts that are going to be required to do anything about it, especially if it continues on, are just mind-boggling.”
Mr. Kennedy need not be frightened. The Obama administration announced today that they are sending two C-130's to the rescue (for an oil slick said to be larger than some states).

My point here is actually not to criticize President Obama. I'm wanting to see if the liberals in Congress and the media will be honest and apply the same standard to Obama that they applied to Bush after Katrina.

I'm not holding my breath.
