Another shoe bomber?

Another shoe bomber?
Federal air marshals subdued a man who authorities say attempted to "light his shoes on fire" on a United flight from Washington Reagan to Denver Wednesday night, federal law enforcement officials told ABC News.

Update: According to a report on CNN, the man may have been smoking on the plane (in the restroom?) and when confronted, joked that he was trying to light his shoes. His shoes apparently showed no trace of explosives.

Here's a good rule:
If you choose to start a fire on a public airplane while it is in-flight, you will be immediately evicted from the plane. You will receive a prorated refund for the portion of the flight you did not complete.

Fair. Decisive and it's green... less weight means less fuel consumption.
