Trying Khalid Sheik Mohammad

I was just listening to Hugh Hewitt. In addition to being a radio talk show host, Hewitt is a law professor and partner in a law firm. When it come to legal matters, he knows what he is talking about.

If I heard him correctly, he made the point that the Obama administration's plan to try
9/11 mastermind, Khalid Sheik Mohammed in New York as a common criminal rather than 1) simply accept his guilty plea or 2) try him for what he really is--a terrorist, enemy combatant--is going to cost the American taxpayer $200 million dollars per year and that the trial could go on for as much at ten years!

The Democrats don't care. Its just money. Your money!
