Sanctions against North Korea

For years the United States--and especially the Democrats--have pushed forward with "sanctions" against North Korea.

North Korea is pretty clear what they think about our "sanctions."
"It is a laughable delusion for the United States to think that it can get us to kneel with sanctions...We've been living under U.S. sanctions for decades, but have firmly safeguarded our ideology and systems while moving our achievements forward. The U.S. sanctions policy toward North Korea is like striking a rock with a rotten egg."
Meanwhile, the U.N. is currently discussing whether to hit North Korea with another "rotten egg" for their recent nuclear test.

Sometimes choices are just not easy. Ten years ago, the choice was to go to war with a non-nuclear North Korea or let them have nuclear weapons. We chose to let them have nuclear weapons.

Now the choice is to go to war with a North Korea which does not have ballistic missiles or wait until they are capable of wiping out Seattle.

My guess is that we'll wait.
