Maybe we can't

Mitt Romney on President Obama: “The theme ‘Yes, we can’ seems to have been replaced with ‘Well, maybe we can't,’”

I think that's what many of us were saying all during the campaign, i.e. that there is no way he can deliver on all his promises. (Hat tip: Jamie D)

FDR famously said:
"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself". BHB, and his supporters, continues to thrive on FEAR so they can push through Congress a fearsome increase in Federal Government spending. Senator DeMint (R-SC, speaking Jan. 27 at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. explained the Obama adminstration will "create crisis and widespred panic" order to get Congress to act expeditiously.
I, personally, am proud of the solid GOP opposition to this plan in the House. Likewise I am equally proud of the LARGE majority of Republiccans still holding firm in the Senate. Needless to say the possibly three R.I.N.O.s (Republicans In Name Only) in the Senate who are planning to vote for this monstrosity, have my total disgust.
