Prosecute teachers for child sexual abuse

According to a recent article by Michael Medved, a kindergarten teacher in Hayward California passed out cards to ever student in the class, urging them to "take a stand" against harrassment of “all students regardless of sexual orientation or gender-identity expression.” The children were asked to promise to “intervene” on behalf of “Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Students”.

Personally, I think it is time to began charging teachers like this with child sexual abuse for introducing age inappropriate sexual instruction to little kids, especially when it occurs without parent's permission.

Since some teachers are apparently unable to keep their own sexual agendas out of the classroom, maybe parents need to start pressuring their state representatives to enact laws prohibiting public school teachers from any sexual instruction of children without written parental concent.
