Obama's citizenship

Alan Keyes is suing in California Superior Court to force Barack Obama to prove he is a U.S. Citizen (NBC Augusta, LifeSiteNews, Court document).

Since Obama has produced a copy of the birth certificate, and since Hawaii Department of Health affirmed that it was genuine, Keyes' action seems like an act of desperation. In fact, if I were Obama, I think I would want to put this rumor to rest once and for all.

Actually, I think this persistent line of questioning about his birthplace by right-wingers is not a particularly good idea. If Obama has produced a birth certificate and it was certified, there isn't anything more to say. Continuing to badger him about it just looks unwarranted and a witch hunt.

I kind of agree with you Robert. On the other hand, this isn't just another attack by some right-wing blogger, this is a law suit by a former ambassador and Senate candidate (Alan Keyes).

There must be something about the evidence that has been unconvincing to Dr. Keyes....either that, or he is a vindictive crackpot. I prefer to think the former.

Pretty scary to think that this is still an issue!!...And yet his charm and personality has got him voted into being our next President of the United States, and yet we still don't even have proof that this man is a US citizen. Wow, I guess that goes to show how desperate people wanted a change, no matter what the change was, they just wanted a change. I wonder if anyone thought about the fact that they might get change, but it might not be for the good. It could be worse than it was before with Obama and the lefty illuminati running our country. I betting no one even considered it……
