Obama and the Constitution

A radio interview Barack Obama did in 2001 has surfaced. In this iterview, Obama seems to complain that "the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth..."

Surely Obama knows the redistribution of wealth is not among the duties or authority granted to the Supreme Court by the Founding Fathers!

But that doesn't matter to Obama. He goes on to complain that the Warren Court "didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution...." Obama then tries to cover his gaffe by adding, "at least as it's been interpreted."

Here is a candidate for President of the United States who seems to be complainng that the Supreme Court--which is supposed to interpret the Constitution--did not "break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution."

The President of the United States is sworn to uphold the Constitution, yet Barack Obama laments the fact that our Supreme Court did not break free of the Constitution!

But no worries! When Obama becomes President he'll take care of that when he appoints the next Supreme Court justices who will "interpret" (pervert) the Constitution in light of modern standards of political correctness rather than according to any constraints placed there by the Founding Fathers.

And then the American Constitution will be about as valuable as the old Soviet Union's Constitution--not worth the paper it was printed on.

This is by far the scariest Halloween season I've ever experienced!

Gee, when Dan Quayle made a minor gaff, the media, and the late night shows, were all over hime. I wonder why B. Hussein Obama is NEVER treated in a similiar fashion?

The media has really been in the tank for him since the beginning. It's unfortunate that objective journalism is a myth.

Obama is going to change everything, because he does not know anything or experienced anything other than what the left-wing illuminati have done.
