HIV, AIDS and sex in Uganda

Robert Knight wrote an excellent article on a success-tragedy story in Uganda.

In a nutshell, his article tells of how Uganda adopted an “ABC” approach to their HIV/AIDS epidemic (Abstinence, Be Faithful, Condoms as a last resort) and saw their HIV/AIDS rate plummet while other African countries using a condoms-only approach saw their rates remain high.

The purveyors political correctness and sexual obsession then got involved, undermined the abstinence/faithfulness campaign, and--you guessed it--the HIV/AIDS rates again went up.

Meanwhile, the media has been virtually silent about the story. “Abstinence works” apparently does not fit their agenda. Please read the entire article on TownHall.
