Who said:
"What if he [Saddam Hussein] fails to comply and we fail to act, or we take some ambiguous third route, which gives him yet more opportunities to develop this program of weapons of mass destruction and continue to press for the release of the sanctions and continue to ignore the solemn commitments he has made? Well, he will conclude that the international community has lost its will. He will then conclude that the can go right on and do more to rebuild and arsenal of devastating destruction. And some day, some way, I guarantee you he’ll use the arsenal…"
If you said George Bush, you would be wrong. Nor was it Tony Blair, Ann Coulter, Laura Ingrahm, Sean Hannity, or Rush Limbaugh. The quote is from Bill Clinton (quoted from Shawcross, William. Allies. New York : Public Affairs, 2005, 214-215).

Bill wasn't alone. Hillary gave a spirited defense of an invasion of Iraq to "Code Pink", a feminist anti-war group. The recent drum beat towards defeat by the Democrats was only a political ploy to gain power in Washington. The most telling thing is Hillary's change of tune recently when asked if she would pledge to remove troops if she were elected. She said she wouldn't make such a pledge because she wasn't sure if we would have achieved our objectives (she cited ousting Al Qaeda in Iraq), stability of the region, and the threat of Iran. So essentially what's she is saying is this: It's okay to force a loss regardless of the consequences while Bush is in office, but I'm not going to be tagged with a defeat.
This is what has really disgusted me with Hillary. Between easily provably lies (like claiming she was named after Sir Edmond Hillary) or putting on a fake accent for her audiences, Hillary has never been truthful. She's knows how to play the political game, but she's not someone you'd ever want minding the store.
Congratulations Robert for being willing to take the cow by the horns!
