In Australia two pastors, Daniel Scot and Danny Nalliah, were convicted of "hate crimes" simply for teaching what the Qur'an and Hadith actually say. Their conviction is now under appeal and they refuse to apologize for what they've taught even though they may face lengthy prison sentences.
"For Scot, telling the truth about Islam and encouraging Christians to love Muslims is his main ministry, which he's going to keep on doing." Scot says, "We Christians have a responsibility to reach out to Muslim people. And that has to be done in love. And we have to speak the truth in love." For the rest of the article see MNN.
Pastors Scot and Nalliah were not calling for a holy war against Muslims. Far from encouraging Christians to harass or attack Muslims, they encourage Christians to love and reach out to Muslims. But they still face prison time. If this can happen in Australia--one of our closest cousins on this planet--it should be a serious wake-up call in America to resist the tyranny of political correctness and guard our freedom of speech well.
